From the early months of your pregnancy, we will journey together through the various stages that lead to the path of new parenthood. We’ll get to know each other, and I’ll support you in this experience in the way that feels right for you. The joys and doubts are part of the motherhood journey, and if you wish, I’ll be here to support you in welcoming whatever comes your way. Your partner is recognized and encouraged in their role as a co-parent. With all my care and kindness, I offer to address, if you wish, topics related to the couple, sexuality, and the role each of you plays in parenthood and in relation to one another.
I make sure the right information reaches you so that you can make informed choices and welcome your baby with awareness. We will meet regularly, at your convenience, so that you feel empowered and strong in the months of your pregnancy.
Some of the topics we may cover include: anxiety during pregnancy and finding a state of trust and calm, the physiology of childbirth, birth plan or birth wishes, mental and physical preparation for birth, comfort techniques during labor, pain management, the role of the co-parent, postpartum preparation, attachment bonding, and any other topics you wish to explore.
If you desire, we can ritualize this life passage with ceremonies and rituals that we co-create. I take great joy in creating something special for you, whether it’s an event, an object, or anything else that can honor your birth as a mother.
Throughout the entire journey, I make myself available for your requests. I can also suggest ideas and actions, but you are free to take or leave them as you wish.

The goal of our pregnancy support is to help you arrive as calm and peaceful as possible on the day of your birth. From the start of contractions, I am available to join you and be by your side if that is your wish. I’ll accompany you at home for as long as you feel it is important, and when the time comes, we’ll head together to the birth place you’ve chosen. I’ll stay with you until the birth of your baby, offering support through the labor and the descent of your baby through your pelvis.
Throughout the birthing process, I will support you emotionally and physically to welcome each wave and its intensity. My presence, encouragement, soft words, my hands, Rebozo rocking, and comfort techniques—I’ll provide all my tools to help you relax, unwind, and maintain that calm. As much as possible, I will be the guardian of your birthing space, allowing you to focus on your inner journey and connection with your baby.
Of course, I am also there to support the co-parent, who often, thanks to the doula’s presence as a third person, can focus on the joy of the experience. Together, we will take turns supporting you through the process of childbirth.
Your body knows, it knows the way. And if doubts or fears arise for any reason, we will have worked through and soothed them as much as possible during our prenatal sessions.

During the period we’ve agreed upon, I dedicate myself to your service. The days and weeks following your childbirth are filled with significant physical, emotional, and logistical changes. Whatever your journey looks like, you can count on me to accompany you where your needs are.
To ensure that your recovery unfolds as harmoniously as possible, to support the development of your attachment bond, and to help establish breastfeeding—if that is your choice—I will prepare special meals tailored for the postpartum period, take care of your “mother’s nest,” and help maintain your home. I’ll offer massages, rocking, and techniques to help tighten your pelvis. I’ll listen to your words and your shares, creating a space for compassionate, non-judgmental expression.
I share the belief present in many cultures that after childbirth, the mother should be nurtured and honored by her close circle of women. As a doula, I also share my knowledge about the importance of the 40 days following birth, baby development, breastfeeding, sleep for both baby and mother, introducing solid foods, and many other topics… I will continue to support you for as long as you wish as your motherhood evolves.
Convinced of the long-term benefits of allowing yourself this recovery time after childbirth, and with a strong desire to enable women to experience it, I am a member of the Materner la Mère association in French-speaking Switzerland, and I proudly belong to their support network.

“To accompany someone is to position oneself neither in front, nor behind, nor in their place. It is to be beside them. “
