For mamas who wish to receive continuous emotional support from the early months of pregnancy through to the end of their postpartum journey.

The services included in this package are:

First meeting without commitment to get to know each other, define your needs, and share your expectations.
4 prenatal visits of 1.5 hours each, at your home.
Physical and emotional support throughout childbirth, according to your wishes, and for about 2 hours after birth.
On-call period between your 38th and 42nd week of pregnancy, with my availability 24/7 by phone and message.
3 postpartum visits of 1.5 hours each, at your home, to be scheduled as you wish during the first months after your baby’s arrival.

Package de 800 CHF

This package is for those who do not require doula presence during labor and birth.

The services included in this package are:

First meeting without commitment to get to know each other, define your needs, and share your expectations.
4 prenatal visits of 1.5 hours each, at your home.
3 postpartum visits of 1.5 hours each, at your home, to be scheduled as you wish during the first months after your baby’s arrival.

The content of the visits will be defined together based on your desires, doubts, and questions. I bring a wealth of knowledge, tools, and techniques in my doula “toolbox” that I will share and offer to support you.

* Travel fees and parking charges are additional to the package price.

Health insurance: Some complementary health insurance plans may cover the cost of doula support. Check with your insurer to see if you are eligible for a package for doula services (e.g., Groupe Mutuel) or for postpartum housekeeping assistance (e.g., CSS and others).

I offer solidarity-based support. These are affordable packages designed to allow mamas who are financially restricted and may not otherwise have access to a doula to benefit from my services.

For single mothers, very young mothers, and mothers from migrant backgrounds, my comprehensive support is capped at a fixed price of 800 CHF.
